He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom H. Sullivan and Anna Sullivan; his siblings, Anna Jewel Fryar, Thomas Sullivan and Paul Sullivan; and his granddaughter Hannah Joy Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Stahl Sullivan; his children, Mark Sullivan (Maria) of Van Buren, Brad Sullivan (Jill) of Hot Springs, Wes Sullivan (Melissa) of Gravette and Sarah Sartor (Byron) of Alma, Arkansas; his sisters, Betty Ward (Fred) of Modesto and Mary Sharp of Kansas City, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Bethany, Emily, Hayley, Allison, Caitlin, Faith, Madison, Bryce, Rhyan and Zach; and his great grandchild Drake.
