He was predeceased by : his mother Mary Foley (Figley). He is survived by : his son Easton James Foley of Hartford; his father Jerry Dean Foley (Priscella) of Uniontown; his brother Jerry Dell Foley of Van Buren; and his niece Cori Taylor Foley of Van Buren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Gill Cemetery.
