He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster Jack Sr. and Marie Jack (Prather); and his sister Nancy Forester. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jack (Stanford); his daughter Maurie Moore of Van Buren; his sisters, Marilyn Spence, Mary Juarez and Jane Rowe of Van Buren; and his sister-in-law Lenice Barron (Stanford) of Tulsa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ocker Memorial Chapel (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956).
