With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Reba Elam (Van Buren, Arkansas), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on February 7, 2019 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband LeRoy Elam; her daughter Judy Glenn; and her siblings, Lucille Oliver, Kirsay Gregory and Truman Gregory.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Dean (Harold) of Bakersfield, CA, Brenda Davis (Michael) of Van Buren, Donna Thibodeaux (Jerry) of Short, OK, Robert Elam (Patty) of Bakersfield, CA and Gary Elam of Alma; and her brother Jim Gregory of Kibler. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
