He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston LeeRoy Sr. and Helen Janice Neill (Ivey); and his sisters, Tommie Nix, Brenda Hill and Dot Golden.
He is survived by: his wife Christie Badeaux; his son Winston Neill III (Devin) of Greenwood; and his sister Debbie Kilcrease of Poyen, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
