She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Mallendick and Edna Mallendick. She is survived by : her husband Ronald Salzwedel of Vilonia; her children, Ronda Salzwedel of Vilonia and Robert Salzwedel (Kerri) of Conway; her brother Bob Mallendick of Toledo, Ohio; her grandchildren, Markie Salzwedel and Kylie Salzwedel of Conway; and her nephews, Robbie Mallendick, Matt Mallendick and Marc Mallendick. She is also survived by four great nieces and two great nephews.
