He was predeceased by : his parents, David Copeland and Gertrude Copeland (Butcher); and his sisters, Shirley Bailey, Daveline Childers and Barbara Walthall.
He is survived by : his wife Pecola Copeland of Waldo; his children, Ann Copeland (Miguel Gomez) of Miramar, FL and Randy Copeland (Dee) of Waldo; and his sister Joan Young of Bryant.
Memorial donations may be made to the Shiloh Baptist Church or to the American Cancer Society.
