He is survived by: his children, Stephan Patrick (Jennifer) of Roy, UT, David Kelly of Waldo, AR and Leah Bailey of Waldo, AR; his grandchildren, Shawn Kelly of Roy, UT, Jamie Kelly of Roy, UT, Katie Kelly of Roy, UT and Jenna Bailey of Waldo, AR.; Ray Bailey of Waldo, AR.
