He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Anne Reed. He is survived by: his daughter Lesa Reed Palmer of West Memphis; and his grandchildren, Justin Palmer and Amanda Todd (Stephen). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
