She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Thomas and Joe Thomas; her husband Gordon Ray Pinson; her sisters, Trannie Lee, Lily Bell, Annie Ruth, Mary Jean, Claire Mae, Samella and Lou Ollie; her son-in-law Bill Mycon; and her grandsons, Ernest and Reginald High.
She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Mycon; her granddaughters, Vicki Keith (Anthony), Tekika McGee (Brian) and LaQonda Johnson (Sylvester); her sisters, Luella Green and Josephine Gardner; and her nephew Larry Thomas.
