He is survived by: his children, William R. "Trey" Bennett III (Jessica) and Anita Lynn Bennett (Melissa); his grandchildren, William Roy "Quade" Bennett IV and Elizabeth Sybil "Libby"; and his siblings, Sam Bennett, Ilene Warhurst, Marilyn Adlholt and Jackie McClelland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
