He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Charles Spencer, Louise Rogers and Vangie Rogers; his son Brian Rogers of Wilmar, AR; his granddaughter Tiffany Walker-Block; his great grandchildren, JaKayla of Monticello, AR, ReKena of Monticello, AR, Nariyaa of Monticello, AR, Jay of Monticello, AR, Richard of Monticello, AR and ReKevis of Monticello, AR; his siblings, Robert Sterling Rogers of Los Angeles, CA, Vera Suber (Henry) of Monticello, AR, Virginia Rogers of Oakland, CA and Diane West of Oakland, CA; and also, D. J. and Sis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, church family, and friends.

Funeral service strictly adhering to COVID-19 guidelines (maximum of 50 people, masks, and social distancing required) will be held at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. D. J. Buffington officiating.
