He was predeceased by : his parents, James Westbrook and Doris Suit Westbrook. He is survived by : his children, Jay Westbrook (Tommie) of Wynne and Neely Tuttle (Josh) of Memphis; and his grandchildren, Grey, Cole Westbrook, Novie and Norah Tuttle.

Memorials may be made to the Wynne Presbyterian Church at 1735 Poplar Avenue, Wynne, Arkansas 72396.
