We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2021, at the age of 69, Joy K. Franks of Wynne, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Leman Siler and Alma Jean Matthews Siler; her husband Ray Franks; her sister Iris Ann McDaniel of Wynne; and her stepsons, Michael Franks of Colt and Jamie Franks of Forrest City. She was also cherished by Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
