Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sheila Morgan Cartillar of Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 65, on February 11, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilson Morgan and Lucille Cook Morgan; her siblings, Bobby Joe Morgan, Kenneth Morgan, Larry Morgan, Randall Morgan and Judith Ann Morgan; her parents-in-law, Mary Simmons Cartillar and James Russell Cartillar Sr.; and her brother-in-law James Russell Cartillar Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Ricky Cartillar of Wynne; her daughters, Dr. Britni McMahan (James) of Wynne and Dr. Megan Oberholtzer (Jeff) of North Dakota; her grandchild Carter McMahan; her nieces and nephews, Danny Morgan, Brad Morgan, Keith Morgan, Steve McCay, John Morgan, Matt Morgan, Chris Morgan, Sheri Wilson, Meredith Odom and Terri Byrd; and her sisters-in-law, Dr. Ann Webb (Ron) and Peggy Cartillar. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchild, and little dog.

Arkansas Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19, states that face coverings are required for any gatherings, please always maintain social distancing.
