It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violeta Dela Cruz Beltran Hayes of Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo Beltran and Earnea (Cruz); and her brother Proculo Beltran. She is survived by: her husband Master Sergeant Dennis Hayes; her children, Kevin Hayes (Kelley) of Cabot, Keith Hayes (Gail) of Jacksonville, Kenneth Hayes (Ashlyn) of Sherwood and Rosie Hayes of Bradford; her grandchildren, Katelyn Saeler (DaKota), Keaton Hayes (Brianna), Kyler, Karsen, Karter, Keegan, Kaeden, Davelee and McKenlyn Hayes; her great grandchild Harper Hayes; and her siblings, Sotico (NoNoy), Pablo, Ramon, Jimmy Beltran, Marina, Azucena Beltran and Aurea Bowler of North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Southside Missionary Baptist Church or the Wynne Master Gardners.
