He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Ollie Brawner Neisler (Lana Jolley Neisler) and Bob Neisler; and his brother Donald "Pete" Neisler. He is survived by: his children, Dion Neisler of Wynne and Shawnie Carrier of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Ashley Harris, Tyler Neisler and Colt Carrier; his great grandchildren, Eli and Kade; his sister Annette Jetton (Andy) of Wynne; and his sister-in-law Jana Farmer of Wynne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Fellowship Church in Wynne.
