She was predeceased by : her parents, John Sherar and Elsie May Sherar; and her sister Phyllis. She is survived by : her husband Jack Fortner; her close friend Jack; her son Justin Fortner; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Samantha and Hunter; her great grandchild Lenya Harper; her brothers, John Sherar, Jr. (Linda) and Bob Sherar (Betty); and her nieces and nephews, Holly (Dave), Jeretta (Dan), Alison (Martin), Jennifer (Steve), Kyle, Tim and Randy.
