He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Francis and Elizabeth Thomas Baugh; and his siblings, Charlie Baugh, Betty Frizzell and Cherlyn McWhorter.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Harris Baugh of Yorktown; his sons, Keith Baugh of Star City and Kenny Baugh (Kelley) of Star City; his stepsons, Steve Light of Star City, Ronnie Light of Star City and Donnie Light of Redfield; his brother Jimmy Baugh (Tommye) of Star City; and his granddaughter Karsyn Baugh.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Yorktown First Baptist Church, Po Box 659, Star City, A R71667.
