It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Rodriguez (Avondale, Arizona), who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Noriega and Hortencia Ballesteros Noriega; her siblings, Graciela Enriquez, Clarissa Mercer, Manuel Noriega and Arnoldo Noriega; and her son Gerardo "Jerry" Rodriguez.

She is survived by: her children, Lorena Rodriguez and Oscar Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Andromeda, Maria Elizabeth, Cruz, Cristian and Anissa; and her great grandchild Eric.
