He was predeceased by: his parent Ralph Gilbert. He is survived by: his parent Madeline Gilbert (Call); and his sister Mary Eveline Sicard of Florida. He is also survived by two daughters, a son, two sons in law, five grandchildren.

Donations may be made in Francis Gilberts memory to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
