He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Maddux and Renee Maddux; and his brother Ronald Maddux. He is survived by: his wife Sally Maddux; his sons, Matthew Maddux, Scott Maddux (PJ) and Jeffrey Maddux; and his brother Michael Maddux. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
