She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack McCullough and Ruth McCullough; and her son Duane Stephens. She is survived by : her brother Jim McCullough (Kitty); her daughters, Jackie Stephens Zinn (Reginald) and Rene Story (Bruce); her stepdaughter Sherlyn Davies; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Kaileigh, Jacob, Belana and John.
