He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Margaret Finney (Hospital Luke Air Force Base). He is survived by: his brother Brian Scott Finney; his sister-in-law Denise Finney; his sibling's children, Russell Thomas Finney, Jacqueline Rachel Finney McGilvray, Christina Elizabeth Finney and Vanessa Nichole Finney; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anthony Michael Finney, Idyn Bryce Garcia, Elza Stroud McGilvray, Fern Clara McGilvray and Gene Sequoia McGilvray.
Tom was dedicated to ensuring the legacy of his late father Colonel Arthur Thomas Finney Fighter Pilot MIA/POW of the United States Air Force, whose aircraft was shot down in Vietnam.In remembrance of Tom's lifelong commitment in this effort, his memory and accomplishments, we ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his honor to Veterans of Foreign Wars, your local VFW or Berea College of Berea, Kentucky.
