It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duwayne Alfred Holm of Camp Verde, Arizona, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Johannas Holm and Helga Hegvik Holm; and his sisters, Shirley and Sheila. He is survived by: his sons, Monte (Paula), Kevin (Susan) and Ryan (Tammie); his wife Phyllis Holm; and his siblings, Dennis, Sharon and Joann. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association on behalf of DuWayne Alfred Holm.
