She was predeceased by : her husband William Levi Woods; her children, Billy, John and Janet; and her brothers, Jerry and Henry.

She is survived by : her children, William, Russell Woods (Jonnet), Lea Martin (Randy), Lisa Smith (Clair), Colleen Betza (John) and Andrea Burgess (Jason); and her siblings, John Gibson, Marsha Lupo and Nada Sullivan. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, & 3 great-great grandchildren.
