She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Goetz (Karen) and Lesa Stark (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Jennifer Daniel, Crystal Meyers, Eric, Ryan Goetz, Tammy Kocher, Amber Stark and Kenna Haycox; and her great grandchildren, Robby, Charisa Kocher, Sean Ryan, Gavin Meyers, Reilena Goetz, Micah, Kensleigh Haycox and Sophie Stark.
