He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerrill Pugh and Bonnie Pugh. He is survived by: his children, Nathan and Savannah; and his brothers, Billy Thomas, Tony Thomas and Carl Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

We are currently taking donations at this time in lieu of flowers at https://gofund.me for interment at Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery.
