He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Leonard Avona. He is survived by: his mother Philomena Avona; his wife Christian Liu; his sons, Aaron Avona and Aidan Avona; his sister Elizabeth Avona (Vincent Capponi); his nieces, Sophia Capponi and Zoe Capponi; and his mother-in-law JinHua Liu.
