He was predeceased by : his sisters, Kimberly Brewer Perkins, Olive Diana Brewer and Jeanne Sharon Nix. He is survived by : his brothers, Myron Ray Perkins (Tammy) and Michael Kent Perkins; his former life partner Patty Arnold; his children, Stacy Lynn Bales (Jeep) of Estrella and Larry Ray Perkins of Phoenix, Arizona.; his spouse Clare Therese Beaufeaux; his daughters, Rebecca Clarice McCoy (Cody) of Chandler and Brenda Stephanie Shalloo (Adam) of West Springfield, Massachusetts.; and his grandsons, Michael Ross Kramer, Matthew Ross Kramer, Mark Ross Kramer, Noah James Shalloo and Vance Andrew McCoy.
Only four people will be allowed through the viewing at a time, and social distancing will be practiced at the grave site.
