He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth "Maxine" Holtman and Alfred Holtman. He is survived by : his wife Regina L. Holtman (Goldman) of Chandler; his sister Kay Virginia; and his nieces, Cindy Sloan (Rick Sloan), Sherri Phillips and Terri Kerr (Tom Kerr) of Rushville, Ill..

Instead of flowers, Terry would have appreciated gifts in his memory to the Hope Alliance Food Pantry, a ministry important to Terry that offers fresh food to the working poor in central Arkansas.
