She was predeceased by : her husband Pat; her siblings, Isauro and Gila; and her daughter Martha. She is survived by : her children, Victor Provencio, Rosalie Provencio, Arthur Provencio, Debbie Provencio, Albert Provencio, Lori Provencio, Irene Tapia, Lou Provencio, Annette Provencio, Hector Provencio (Chino) and Maryann Provencio. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
