He was predeceased by : his siblings, Helen Kirk Nesbitt, Ann Kirk Harris, Lavon Kirk, Thomas Kirk, Glen Kirk and Danny Kirk.

He is survived by : his spouse Colleen; and his children, Sandra C. Kirk, Janell K. Judge and James P. Kirk. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
