With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Faith Marie Moore of Cottonwood, Arizona, born in Flagstaff, Arizona, who passed away on July 24, 2021 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Christopher Moore and Katie Moore; her grandparents, Joe, Kim Moore, David and Margie Burger; her great-grandparents, Vera Martinez, Sugar Brewer and Sandra Moore; her siblings, Tallon, Gavin, Ethan, Holden and Reese; and her aunts and uncles, Amy (Kenny), Joseph (Chaz), Craig (Katie), Cara (Jay), Stacey, Jenny (Jorge) and Mary (Jed). She is also survived by many cousins and extended family as well as countless friends.
