She is survived by : her daughters, Evelyn Ebert Mozafarpour, Doris Cody Johnson and Michelle Cody; her grandchildren, Jessica McKenzie (Todd), Travis Johnson (Mae), Danny Mozafarpour and Benny Mozafarpour; and her great grandchildren, Logen, Averee, Hunter, Gabriel, Aiden and Olivia.
