He is survived by: his wife Betty Everetts of Fountain Hills; his daughter Susan Hallander (Eric); his granddaughters, Alyson Serkin (Kevin) and Corinne Vera (Will); his son Walt Everetts (Maria); his grandson Nicholas Everetts (Emily); his daughter Margaret Steele (Dave); his grandchildren, Cody, Hannah and Jack; and his nieces, Barbara Hinkley, Betty Mroczek and Janet Loeffler.
