It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Victor Mayville (Gilbert, Arizona), born in Lakeview, Michigan, who passed away on March 6, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura (Dave) of Golden, CO, Lisa (Brian) of Gilbert, AZ and Michelle (Dan) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Matt, Sean, Ashley (Michelle), Chris and Brandon (Lisa); his siblings, Abbie and Paul; his former spouses, Rick, Paul, Robin and Steve; and his wife Maria Forrest. He is also survived by four children.
