He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Childers and Georgia Childers (Lowrey). He is survived by: his children, Donna, Terry and Patti; his wife Bessie Childers (Dykes); his brother Frederick Childers; his sibling's children, Donna Paulsen (Richard), Terry Childers (Rose) and Patti Nye (Mike); his grandchildren, Michael Childers (Tonya), Troy Childers (Thuy), Todd Childers (Erin), Jessica Rudin (Matt), Kevin Nye (Naomi), Terri Clayton (James), Kathy McClanahan (Steve) and Joey Zseger; and his great great grandchildren, Brittney Childers, Allyson Childers, Autumn Childers, Tristen Childers, Bailey Childers, Angelina Childers, Abigail Childers, Harleigh Rudin, Luke Rudin, Micah Wilson-Nye, Taylor McCloud, Kylee Clayton, Ethan Puckett, Krystal Zseger and Aubrey Kesler. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
