He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gallovich, Sr. and Lena Lusardi Gallovich. He is survived by: his wife Diana Lee Clark; his sons, Daniel (Kim), Michael (Jodie) and Frank, III (Nickol); his brother James (Connie); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Aren, Taryn, Avery, Macy and Jack (Frank John Gallovich IV).

Due to COVID-19 the services celebrating Frank's life will be held at a later date.
