It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Franklin Skinnell in Glendale, Arizona, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Skinnell and Sabella Skinnell; his close friend Betty Skinnell; and his children, Janet, Trudy and Brian. He was also cherished by 32 great grandchildren.
