He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Ralphine (Curcio); his daughter Jamie; and his sister Teresa. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Glick; his brothers, William, Thomas and John Cody; his nieces, Diana, Melissa and Nicoletteand Mary Ann; his nephew Vincent; and his daughter Nicole.
