She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Fillmore Watson and Corrine Dobbs Watson; and her siblings, Allen Watson, Gary Watson, Phyllis Schmugge and Linda Watson.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel Baker; her children, Jennifer Nessett (Stephen) of Northglenn, Colorado, Darryl R. Baker of Denver and Jay R. Baker (Laura) of Phoenix, Arizona; her former spouse Shannyn Wellington (Scott) of Florida; her grandchildren, Maddie Nessett-Giehm (Casey), Mitch Nessett, Henry Baker, Teagan Nessett and Ava Manley; her great grandchild Dammien Stevenson; and her siblings, Donald Watson and Leah Tinglestad.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, a Celebration of Life will follow, to be announced once stay-at-home and gathering restrictions are lifted.

In her memory and in lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in her name to the National Hall of Flame Firefighting Museum or the Make a Wish Foundation.
