She was predeceased by: her mother Linda Krug. She is survived by: her husband Gary Horn; her daughters, Sarah and Emma; her sisters, Monika Suman (Mark) and Daina Montgomery (Craig); her siblings' children, Michael, David (Melissa), Jeffery, Howard Jr. (Korah) and Jennifer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey, Kaleb, Kynlee, Elizabeth, Victor and Lily.
