Takao Teraji Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2021, at the age of 88, Takao Teraji (Glendale, Arizona) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ritaro Teraji and Ichi Teraji; his son Wayne; and his siblings, Tadashi Teraji, Shoji Teraji and Toshiko Chavers.
He is survived by: his wife Ayako; his children, Gary Teraji (Donna), Rick Teraji (Lori), Carrie Yost (Steve) and Tammie Okabayashi (Jack); and his daughter-in-law Sherry Teraji. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19, services will be private for the immediate family.
