She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Horlitz and Freida Horlitz; her husband William Short (Billy); and her children, Renee Tyson, Michael Short and Jeffrey Short.
She is survived by: her son Stephen; her granddaughter Nicole Chartrand (Barela); and her great grandchildren, Allyson Barela, Alexandria Chartrand and Tyler Chartrand.
