He is survived by: his wife Barbara Antonio (Tenken); his son Tony Antonio; his mother Maureen Fontaine (Bailey); his husband Robert Fontaine; his sister Carrie Antonio; his niece Kristin Houck; his daughter Kiara; and his nephew Stephen Houck.

Although he will be greatly missed his life lives on in others because of his unselfish gift of organ donation.
