He is survived by: his children, Dane Spawr of Los Angels and Hannah Spawr of Scottsdale, AZ; his father Walter Spawr; his stepmother Gail Spawr; his sisters, Becky Goldberg of Lake Havasu and Tina Otto; his brother-in-law Josh Otto of Washington Ut; and his siblings' children, Christopher Goldberg, Alex Lamb (Gatlin), Brittany Pajuluoma (Kal) and Lucas Otto (Hannah). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
