He is survived by: his mother Ledal Livingston (Jones) of Phoenix; his wife Heather Livingston; his children, Robert Carlsgaard of Arizona, Myra Livingston (Eddie Ross) of Arizona, Rodney Livingston Jr. (Danielle) of Arizona, Sedric Livingston of Arizona, Ke'Shaun Livingston of Arizona and Materrya Livingston of Arizona; his brothers, Gilford (Iverria Livingston) of Ardmore, Kevin (Tasha Livingston) of Phoenix, John (Cene Livingston) of Oklahoma City and Tolbert (Susan Livingston) of Emporia; and his grandchildren, Nevaeh of Arizona, Miguel of Arizona, Rodney III of Arizona, Liana of Arizona, Kyliyah of Arizona, Esmee of Arizona, Jaylon of Arizona and Omari of Arizona. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, mother, brothers.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Hornung Family Funeral Home (1212 W 2nd St, Liberal, KS 67901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bibleway Church of God in Christ (410 E 8th St, Liberal, KS 67901).
