He is survived by : his significant other Sherry; his daughters, Robyn Crawford (Eric) and Stacie Witten (Matt); his grandchildren, Jacob (Anna) and Leisha Crawford; and his great grandchildren, Keirsten, J. Daniel, Ezekiel and Samuel Crawford.
