With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Pettit of Mesa, Arizona, born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Pell Pettit, Jr. and Emma Wood Pettit Layton; and also Tracey Lynn Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Marcham-Pettit of Mesa, Arizona; his sons, Alfred John Pettit (AJ) and Christopher Marc Pettit (Cassie) of Mesa, Arizona; his stepsons, Justin Marcham (Kristy) of North Carolina and Ryan Marcham of Mesa, Arizona; his brother Gustave J. Pettit of Martinsburg, WV.; and his grandchildren, Matthew Pettit, Andrew Pettit, Emily Pettit and Nichole Pettit Napoliton (Brian). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
